i’ve never ever blogged before so this is a completely foreign endeavor to me, i’m definitely a blogging virgin
i was inspired by all of the food blogs i read everyday: kath eats real food, suite apple pie, carrots and cake, winning friends with salad, gliding calm, etc. anyway, i’m completely (albeit newly) devoted to living a healthy lifestyle. i’m still not quite sure what that entails but that’s why i read around a lot. plus, i love food and exercising and writing. it all led me to create this blog.
mostly i wanted to document my habits in a public forum in order to hold myself accountable for my behavior and also to celebrate any small victories on the road to weight loss, which i struggle with EVERYDAY! however, i am bound and determined to make this work and achieve the best body composition i possibly can with what i have to work with, no unrealistic expectations
